Business Agility Live in [Conversations with Game Changers] hosts Stephen Parry on the 12th of May, 3pm BST (4pm CEST). The live 45-minute conversation with Mike Leber, Manoj Khanna and others will be broadcast on various social media, including YouTube.

Business Agility Live v2 LIStephen will focus on the bold visions and harsh realities of business agility.  If you would like to join the conversation, go to virtualChat or take a virtualSeat at the RoundTable. Get all instructions here: https://lnkd.in/gG2sRwk

During the discussion, Stephen will highlight the role of human enterprise and why purpose, meaning and willing contribution of employees are key considerations in designing adaptive businesses.

He will elaborate on how organisations can continually understand and lock on to customer's needs by teaching all staff and managers about the Adaptive Business Cycle,  which include the following vital elements:

  • Engaging and understanding the customer's true purpose
  • Learning and sharing customer insights and business responses
  • Leading and choosing new ways to better serve customers
  • Improving and adapting the business to deliver new customer solutions.
Stephen will address ways to rebuild and maintain trust between all layers of management.

In addition, he will talk about why service adaptability is more than just best practice and why 'work-climate' is more important than culture.
