The start of October sees us preparing for a trip to Poland to deliver a presentation at this year’s AgileByExample Conference (ABE18) in Warsaw on 22nd - 24th of this month. AgileByExample is the world’s leading annual Agile conference, bringing together keynotes from entrepreneurs and business leaders, practical workshops and training seminars – as well as the opportunity to network with some of the leading influencers in the industry.
ABE18 will take place in two locations: the Centrum Zielna, which will host a ‘Dojo’ on 22nd October, and Multikino Ursynow – a large Cinema complex in central Warsaw – for the main conference on 23rd to 24th October. A range of social and networking events will be held elsewhere at various locations.
Our CEO Stephen Parry will be delivering two events during the conference:
- A speech on The Chameleon Effect - the structures and practices of agility and adaptability.
- A Workshop on Breaking Through The Culture Barrier. This practical session will present concepts, theories and methods that lead to a greater understanding of the dynamics of adaptive businesses. The goal is to increase collaboration among your teams and stakeholders, to create an innovative, motivated and resilient organisation.
Stephen will also take part in an expert Q&A discussion panel.
ABE18 is the seventh annual AgileByExample event and hosts one of the hardest hitting agendas to date. Keynote speakers include recognised global leaders in modern agile organisation from businesses in Europe and America. 33 other speakers will cover topics ranging from Scrum methodologies, encouraging feedback, improving flow focused metrics, collecting accurate data and more.
There will also be a varied selection of workshops delivered by recognised trainers. Take away practical insights on value stream mapping, action learning, business transformation, product development and teamwork, among others!
See You In Poland
Delegate tickets are still available, so we really hope that you’ll be able to join us at ABE18 for what looks set to be another fantastic conference line up. Do give us a call if you are attending. It is always a good opportunity to link up with existing clients and forge new business relationships. Likewise it would be good to hear your feedback on Stephen’s presentation: creating an adaptive business culture is a multifaceted process and is unique to each business – but applying a proven methodology can deliver consistent results across different sectors and business models.
